Miss Holmes Returns reimagines the characters of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson as women. The play explores the challenges these characters would face in a Victoria era where gender roles were strictly defined. The play also examines themes of sexism, classism, and racism.
